We're pleased to offer the following services at Affinity Animal Hospital:
Our appointment book is computerized, which allows us to efficiently make appointments for you and your pet. Our receptionists and team will attempt to accommodate all requests to the best of our ability. Emergencies are accepted anytime our clinic is open. If you feel you have an emergency with your pet, please call us or come in immediately. If possible it is best to call before coming in so that a staff member can advise you on your particular emergency.
We have a veterinarian and personnel on duty six days a week who are trained and equipped to handle any urgent care your pet has. Usually an emergency team consists of at least one veterinarian and several technicians working together to save a pet's life. Emergencies can be things such as accidental ingestion of rat poison, hit by car, and chocolate ingestion. If you ever feel that your pet needs emergency treatment do not hesitate to call or come in immediately.
We are also available for urgent care when the condition is not life-threatening. If you feel your pet needs to be seen before you are able to get an appointment, our veterinarians will work to "squeeze" you in between scheduled appointments. When you arrive, our receptionists will be able to give you an estimate on how long you may have to wait in order to be seen.

Wellness Exams & Vaccinations
Regular wellness exam allows us to monitor you pets health. Our goal is to help you minimize the need to treat and cure preventable diseases. We accomplish this through routine annual physical examinations of your pet, proper nutrition, parasite control and through the use of a vaccination program based on an individualized risk assessment for your pet. We have the ability to prevent many diseases by the use of effective vaccines. For dogs they cover: rabies, distemper, hepatitis, parvovirus, and kennel cough. For cats we recommend: rabies, leukemia, and a combo vaccine that protect against multiple key feline viruses.
Spay & Neuter
This important decision has many long-term health benefits for your pet.
We know that surgery, no matter how routine it may be, can be a great source of worry and anxiety for you and your pet. That’s why we work so hard to make each surgical procedure performed at our hospital as positive and stress-free experience as possible.
Diagnostics - Radiology & Hematology
We are equipped with the latest digital x-ray unit and IDEXX blood analysis systems. Our x-rays are interpreted through board certified radiologists on demand and our bloodwork results are available within 30 minutes.
Dental care is just as important for your pet as it is for you, and it should be part of your companion’s overall health care plan. Without regular brushing and professional dental care, bacteria can build up on the teeth and gums, eventually leading to dental disease. If left untreated, dental disease can spread infection throughout the entire body, including the heart, liver and lungs.
We recommend that you bring your pet in once a year to have their teeth and gums examined and cleaned. Not only do these routine visits allow us to manage your companion’s current oral health, but we are also able to identify and address existing dental problems in a more timely manner. Our team is experienced in performing a number of advanced dentistry services, such as tooth extractions and oral surgery.
Emergency & After-Hours Care
As a full pet healthcare service provider we offer after hours emergency services every night of the year until 9:00pm.
For emergency care call 306-668-8000 at anytime.
Microchipping is a permanent form of identification for your pet. Inserting a microchip is like a vaccination, it only takes a few seconds. The procedure is very safe and your pet will feel little pain. If your pet has been stolen and then later recovered, ownership of your pet can be challenged.
